Apple Releases iOS 26.1 Beta 4 and iPadOS 26.1 Beta 4 to Developers [Download]

Apple has seeded the fourth beta of iOS 26.1 and iPadOS 26.1 to developers for testing. The build number for this beta is 23B5073a.

Previous betas introduced updates like the new Slide to Stop feature for alarms and timers, a toggle for automatic security improvements, and custom workouts in the Fitness app. Apple also adjusted icon and text alignment in Settings, added input gain controls for external microphones on iPad, reintroduced Slide Over multitasking, and refined the Liquid Glass design with subtler lighting effects.
