CBC tambien nota que aunque otras companias como Rogers, Telus, Bell, y Fido vendan el iPhone 4, sera bloqueado a su red respectiva.
I wonder if the firmware that's on these factory unlocked phone can be extracted, packaged into an ipsw file and be installed on an AT&T locked phone to be fully unlocked?
Who wants this rubbish of a phone anyway? I love iPhone 2G, have 3G, 3GS is also great but with all these phone reception problems covered up with videos and cases, I am not jumping on this one yet!
good for you! cos' then people who want this one will get it!
and since you don't understand a shit - you'll not appreciate that phone!
I iphone 4 and its best iphone ever built! amen! :)
I've had an iphone 4 for 3 weeks now. Not even 1 dropped call, fast as hell, and my service is great, no reception issues at all. This whole antenna problem has been blown wayyy out of proportions!! To even get the iphone to lose service you have to hold your finger in that little spot for like 30 secs and the second you release all service is back... They're even giving all the whiners a free bumper :P
Would u rather pay $200 + $70(carrier lock/fast internet, and if not fast enough, u can complain) or $659 + $60(unlock/t-mobile/slow internet, u cant complain cuz not official)? lol
I payed about $899 for a iPhone 4 32GB in London on the day. But I did sale one also for
$1600 on eBay when I got back to the US. So was only $200 for the unlocked.
Think before you speak. $50 gives you almost twice the amount of minutes that you pay on AT&T. Plus unlocked iPhones on ebay are not that high as you say so.
Stop complaining. You know the reason Apple cant sell in the U.S. is because they have a contract binding them to AT&T. If Apple could sell in the states unlocked dont you think they would do it? They only make aprox $16 per every iPhone that is sold on AT&T.(Not counting any other contract incentives)
Well no shit, Cory. We Canadians have been waiting a month longer than you guys to get this phone, if Americans were able to order from Canadian apple stores, we would be completely sold out. Think about it.
