Apple Releases iOS 26.6 Beta 3 and iPadOS 26.6 Beta 3 to Developers [Download]

Apple has seeded the third developer betas of iOS 26.6 and iPadOS 26.6 for testing.



The new software carries build number 23G5052d and arrives exactly two weeks after the company provided the second round of test builds. With engineering attention now heavily focused on iOS 27 following WWDC, active feature development on the iOS 26 branch is rapidly winding down.


While late-stage updates typically prioritize under-the-hood security patches and system stability, the 26.6 cycle does include a system alert for reaching the maximum limit of blocked contacts.

Registered developers can access the latest beta over the air by opening the Settings app, navigating to the General > Software Update menu, and ensuring the developer beta option is selected.
