It was in the app store for US customers for a bit and now it says no longer available in the US. I wish I hadn't deleted the IPA file and could get it back. :(

Hi Swimp, We removed ON Voicefeed from the AppStore last Sunday as the version we mistakenly published was a corrupted version: http://blog.lifeisbetteron.com/on-voicefeed-status/. Apples expedited review started yesterday, so we hope to get their validation soon and publish the app again.
