HandBrake Video Encoder Updated to 0.9.6

HandBrake, the popular video encoding utility, has been updated to version 0.9.6.

The new version brings numerous improvements including:
● audio gain control
● updated encoders
● HE-AAC encoding support, via Core Audio
● FLAC encoder
● MP3 Passthru
● AAC Passthru
● improved average framerate detection
● improved "Normal" preset (much faster, similar file size and quality)
