Mark Zuckerberg, CEO of Facebook, commented on the iPhone during an interview with TODAY's Matt Lauer.
"It's a wonderful device," the CEO said, after admitting that Cook sent him the new iPhone model, gratis. Facebook's mobile strategy has been a significant concern of users and investors alike, and Zuckerberg clearly spends a lot of time thinking about what people are doing with their smartphones.
"iPhone is a great platform. There are more people who use Facebook on Android -- because Android is just -- more people use it, at this point. And the thing that I think a lot of people don't think about is that there are actually more people in the world using Facebook on mobile Web, right, so not using the apps on iOS or Android, but actually just going to a browser on a phone. There are more people doing that than the iPhone and all of Android phones combined, right? So it's actually a pretty diverse ecosystem."
Lauer's full interview with Mark Zuckerberg airs October 4th on TODAY and on Rock Center with Brian Williams.

The world is pretty messed up. Cook gives a free iPhone to a person that has more money than the average GNP of a small nation. I'm broke and I don't have money, and he doesn't give me a free phone.

It is a business practice. Facebook and Twitter have kept people looking at their phones and computers nonstop which has helped mold the way to what we have today.

I don't understand. I don't think that is totally accurate. When I post to Facebook from within the app. If I go onto the website or see a friends' Facebook. It shows the I updated via mobile web. When I used the app. Do however they record that is flawed.
