Take a look at this video of Senator Rand Paul strongly defending Apple against the HSGAC Subcommittee.

Sen. Rand Paul attends the Homeland Security and Government Affairs Subcommittee hearing that called for executives of Apple to testify on the companies tax practices. In the hearing, Sen. Paul defended the job-creating efforts Apple has made and lambasted his fellow Members for perpetuating a U.S. tax code that hinders corporate growth and productivity.

The thing is - Apple has not cheated. They simply found ways to reduce their tax burden within the law. Everyone does that. I think congress needs to simplify the tax code rather the berate those who operate efficiently with it.

The congress has a tax code out there that drives business out of the country and that's been the case for decades. Apple has not cheated one bit. Apple happens to be a perfect example of what once made America great.
