A YouTube user named LeopardOctober has leaked over a half dozen videos of the Snow Leopard operating system.
The videos showcase numerous features in the upcoming operating system such as: QuickLook, QuickTime X, Put Back Trash, High-Resolution Icons, Nested Folder Navigation, the Universal Keyboard Shortcut Preferences Pane, Assigning Spaces, Text Substitutions, and Finder Preferences.

UPDATE: It seems Apple has filed a copyright claim with YouTube to have these videos removed. We'll leave the links up just in case it helps anyone find duplicates...
