AOC Releases Budget 24inch Green Monitor

The 2436Vw is a 24-inch widescreen monitor that supports high-definition viewing and low-energy consumption. The 2436Vw is now available from AOC at Fry's for a suggested MSRP of $219.99.

The 2436Vw is encased in a glossy, piano-black casing that reflects its design concept: Uncomplicated Efficiency. The monitor has received a gold EPEAT rating from the Green Electronics Council. The EPEAT rating provides a clear and consistent set of performance criteria and it also acknowledges AOC for being active in reducing our environmental impact. Furthermore, the simple, OSD menu is graphics-based and touch controlled which makes the 2436Vw more convenient and user-friendly.

The 2436Vw features a 60,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio, for color/shade differentiation; a 5 ms response time, to eliminate lag in fast-moving graphics and both digital and analog inputs; As well as, a USB pass-thru connector for convenient access to a USB connection.
