iOS 12 Adoption Reaches 70% [Chart]

Apple has announced that iOS 12 adoption has officially reached 70%.

In a chart posted to its developer site, Apple revealed that as of December 3, 2018, 70% of devices are using iOS 12, 21% are using iOS 11 and 9% are using an earlier firmware version. That's up 20% from October 10, 2018 when 50% of devices were on iOS 12.

Apple also shared a chart which shows adoption for devices sold after December 3, 2014. Of those, 72% are on iOS 12, 21% are on iOS 11, and 7% are on an earlier firmware version.
