Speaker Volume Test: Apple Watch Series 6 vs Series 5 vs Series 4 [Video]

Check out this speaker volume test comparing the new Apple Watch Series 6 with the Apple Watch Series 5 and Apple Watch Series 4.

Using a decibel meter and a pink noise track we measured the speaker volume of the Apple Watch Series 4 at 100.7 dBA. The Apple Watch Series 5 measured slightly higher at 101.4 dBA. Unexpectedly, the Apple Watch Series 6 measured the quietest at 99.9 dBA. The difference is noticeable by ear and we've repeated the tests numerous times to confirm.
