Apple Releases iOS 16.1 Beta, New iPadOS 16 Beta [Download]

Apple has released iOS 16.1 beta and a new iPadOS 16 beta to developers for testing. The build number is 20B5045d.
Confusingly, Apple refers to the new iPad beta as "iPadOS 16 beta 8" in the dev center; however, it shows as iPadOS 16.1 on devices.
This beta version of iOS 16.1 contains bug fixes and improvements.
