Apple has officially released tvOS 18.4 for the Apple TV. The build number is 22L255.
We've yet to receive any release notes for tvOS 18.4, but the build likely contains bug fixes and improvements. We'll update this post as soon as the changelog is available.
You can download tvOS from here:

You can update tvOS from the Settings menu on your Apple TV. If you don't have an Apple TV, grab one here:
