The discount is on the white keyboard. The black version is still $269 and $319.

The keyboard attaches to the iPad magnetically and connects through the Smart Connector, so it needs no pairing or charging. It has a 14-key function row, a glass trackpad, and scissor-mechanism keys with 1 mm of travel, and its hinge adjusts to a range of viewing angles. A USB-C port on the hinge passes power through to the iPad, which leaves the iPad's own port free, and the keyboard folds into a case that covers the front and back. It requires iPadOS 18.3 or later.

These are the lowest prices our price tracker has recorded for either size. The full history is on the tracker pages for the 11-inch and 13-inch models.
