Morgan Stanley analyst Katy Huberty has issued a note to clients in which she confidently states that "Apple's next iPhone will begin production in mid to late August and ramp aggressively" into the calendar fourth quarter, reports AppleInsider.

Huberty made the statement after meeting with unnamed individuals in Taiwan last week. She added that based on her intelligence the next iPhone would be available near the end of the third quarter which ends in September.

According to Huberty, a lower price iPhone and an Apple branded TV may also be released. "We also believe Apple is in the early design stages for a TV, which could add $19 billion and $4.50 of annual revenue and EPS longer-term," said Huberty who in March heard that Apple was working on a "Smart TV prototype."

Interestingly, Huberty's note corroborates a separate report today that Apple would release both an iPhone 4S and an iPhone 5, as well as a report last week citing a former Apple executive who said an Apple television was in the works.
