Apple has sent out press invites for an October 4th iPhone event, reports The Loop. As rumored it will take place at Apple's headquarters.
Apple on Tuesday officially announced its iPhone 5 launch event. According to the invitation received by The Loop, the event will be held on October 4 at Apple's Cupertino, Calif. campus. The event will begin at 10:00 am PT.
Apple is expected to announce its next generation iPhone(s) at the event. The launch date of the device is expected to be October 14th.
Reading into the image below it appears that Apple might be hinting that only one device will be unveiled. The top left icon is the day (October 4th), the top right icon is the time (10:00), the bottom left icon is the location (1 Infinite Loop), and the bottom right phone icon has a badge with one notification (1 iPhone?).

I believe this iertnnet site contains some rattling good info for everyone . Anybody who watches three games of football in a row should be declared brain dead. by Erma Bombeck.
The date and time is obvious. It sounds like a stretch to me to get "only one iPhone" from the other two - or to get "4s not 5" from the date.
Whatever. As long as it has 64gb I'll be happy.
ITs OBVIOUS - since the perfect date 5th, IO5 Phone 5 did not happen its clear tip that the 4th is for iPhone 4Gs not iPhone 5! Sorry guys its only speed bump - and probably 64GB shit...
