HTC has lost a preliminary decision in its ITC complaint against Apple, reports Reuters.
An ITC administrative law judge found "no violation" by Apple of four HTC patents that include technologies for power management and phone dialing. In February, the full commission will decide whether to uphold or reject the ITC judge's decision.
In his ruling, Charles Bullock, an administrative law judge, said that the four HTC patents were valid.

Soon one of the competitors of iPhone will try to open a complaint against Apple based on using numbers to dial a phone!!!!
