I0n1c just announced that he has successfully performed an untethered jailbreak of the iPad 3.
Okay my iPad3,3 is now untethered jailbroken...
Although the iPhone Dev-Team already announced their own jailbreak of the device earlier today, they did not specify whether their jailbreak was tethered or untethered.
I0n1c, who also released an untethered jailbreak for iOS 4.3.1, indicated that he would be posting a YouTube video soon.
Damn... So a) I need to remember the password of my youtube account, b) I need to find a way to make a video without shaking
I0n1c's jailbreak will likely work on all iOS 5.1 devices including the iPhone 4S if its released. Earlier this week he posted images of a jailbroken iPad 2 on iOS 5.1.
Guys, let's quit bickering! Let's all just be happy we have people that dedicate themselves and have the knowledge to do these amazing things with the devices we love. I'm ecstatic about the new jailbreak and since we've all checked out this article- we must care enough. Be respectful to those who work tirelessly to make this happen.
Just want 2 take time to thank everyone for this fast jailbreak...just like old times.
when apple device comes out a jailbreak follows up..
The reason people like apple products first of all is for their reliability .Second the jailbreak community is helping apple products,,I bought an IPHONE4S when it first came out.. the jailbreak wasn't available at the time I was miserable .
I was using my spare iphone4 because it was jailbroken
Thank you guys
Damn that was fast..
Please work on the iPhone 4s now?
Who ever releases the jailbreak first gets my donation.
First come first serve bb!!
I suggest either dev-team or i0n1c release the jailbreak, not both of them. At least one should keep the hole secret. Other wise apple would block both of the holes for future iOS.
Umm he is not a member of dev team... Don't you see how they are competing??? About time they compete. I love this see how fast they got the JB..... Anyway back to this maybe you should read it again...
