This seems like Tim Cook's new anti-JailBreak strategy: release a new iOS every month so the JailBreakers have to keep readjusting, aiming for a moving target. Either that, or he doesn't want to wait until he has all the correction together at one time. Take your pick.

There has only been one bug fix release since 6.0 came out. That does not seem very excessive to me...

You realize betas always happen like this don't you? This isn't a public release, it's beta updates to get to the final gold master of the official release. There's only been one update since the official 6.0 firmware became available. Not sure how you came up with your theory. Strange.
