Safari 4 Buddy enables the ability to change hidden preferences in the Safari 4 Public Beta.

The Mac OS X Utility can set the following:
- Put Tab Bar on top (Yes/No)
- Use Circular Progress Style Load Indicator (Yes/No)
- Include Fancy URL Completion List (Yes/No)
- Include Google Suggest (Yes/No)
- Include Flow view in Bookmarks view (Yes/No)
- Include Top Sites Zoom to Page Animation and Dims Snapshot (Yes/No)
- Include Top Sites (Yes/No)
