Apple is currently signing the iOS 6.0.x firmware meaning that you can save your SHSH Blobs even if you lost them due to the now resolved issue with Cydia blob saving. Of course, even better, if you don't have a jailbreak this is your window of opportunity to downgrade!

Note: SHSH Blobs are only useful for A4 devices at this point in time; however, it's always a good idea to save them in case a way to use them is found in the future.

I was able to save my blobs a few minutes ago. Does it means I can downgrade?
