A leaked screenshot of an internal Telus Mobility document indicates the company will discontinue the iPhone 5 32GB and 64GB models on September 28th, reports MobileSyrup.
According to the “Device Discontinuation” doc that is dated August 29th, TELUS has put the iPhone 5 32GB and 64GB (Black) on the discontinuation list with the effective date of September 28th – one day after the rumoured availability of the iPhone 5S. Of course, nothing is confirmed until Apple gives the full details.
Apple has typically kept the lowest storage model of the previous generation iPhones around as a cheaper alternative to its latest device; however, there has been rumors that the iPhone 5C would be fit into that spot.
