Leaked Photo of Alleged Graphite iPhone 5S Shows China Compulsory Certificate Mark

Leaked Photo of Alleged Graphite iPhone 5S Shows China Compulsory Certificate Mark

Posted September 7, 2013 at 5:12pm by iClarified
A leaked photo has surfaced online which appears to the show the alleged graphite iPhone 5S with the China Compulsory Certificate mark.

Looking at the photo below you can easily identify the dual LED flash which distinguishes the device from the iPhone 5. Upon closer examination the CCC Mark, a compulsory safety mark for products sold in the Chinese market, can be also seen.

This suggests that Apple will have the iPhone 5S available for sale in China possibly sooner rather than later. Most likely it initially launch on China Telecom.

Take a look at the photo below and please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for last minute leaks ahead of Apple's September 10th announcement.

Hope nobody is expecting a huge difference with this phone over the iPhone 5. Apple always does this before making the leap to the next iPhone. If it's one thing they are good at, it's getting people to spend money. Like what a lot of people said when the 5 came out: "Only upgrade if you are a new iPhone user or are running on a much older device," i.e. iPhone 4S in this case. If you have a 5, no sense to switch to this for such minor upgrades (the camera is said to still be at 8mp with just an f/2.0 aperture as opposed to an f/2.4 for low light picture improvements). http://www.gsmarena.com/alleged_iphone_5s_specs_show_only_minor_changes-news-6751.php Not enough for me to switch from a phone I just purchased at the beginning of the year and is working perfectly fine... The iPhone 6 is when the real upgrades will come (hopefully). I'm more excited for the iOS update for my iPad 4th gen...

Apple Sep10 event is very crucial for existing users.....I analysis that if nothing much changes/new in iphone5s/c then many frustrated die-hard fans will definitely shift to Samsung. Apple always use the same old marketing technique will gradually causes die-hard fans disappointed. (I'm once a die-hard fan of Apple too! 10sept Let's see what you got!!)

People said the same thing before the 4S and the 5 came out. And look what happened. Record sales. It won't affect them one bit.

Steve you need to read then comprehend some peoples comments a little better before you go jumping down their throats and assuming their comments are against apple. My comment meant that people cried and moaned before the 4S and 5 release saying if nothing's changed "I'm going to android" or "apples going to lose valuable customers". And what happened?? They had record sales after each release. For every customer that leaves, apples gains 2-3 new ones. It's not gonna hurt them one bit. I bet sales and market share skyrocket after the release of the new phones. Can't wait until Tuesday! See I'm defending apple in my comments dude.

Selling two different phones at the same time won't affect the sales either. There's still the people that will prefer the higher quality 5S over the C because of design and features then there's some that won't. The people that will buy the 5C will probably be people just starting with the iPhone for the first time (like young kids and teenagers who's parents wouldn't buy them the more expensive iPhone before), don't care about looks and just want an iPhone that's in their price range, possibly no contract... The list goes on. 2 phones in the same year?! No big deal. Like I said record sales and a huge jump in market share. The stocks are going to climb big time. I bet 2014 will be even bigger for apple.

I doubt if there's any big change! Still same design & screen size, a bit faster, a bit better camera, different colors. Wow, is that all you got Apple? Look at Sony, Samsung, LG, Moto X, Nokia, HTC,..... not only they make the phone bigger, battery last longer, the designs are more attractive (HTC, Moto X) add more cool features (Moto X, LG 2, LG G Pro), beef up more memory (3G Ram), camera are so much better (Nokia, Sony).... Can't wait for Tuesday to say Wow to Apple! Hahahah....

Jeremy. The caption states "Alleged" meaning not certain or sure. Please don't jump to a conclusion.

This is stupid......upon closer inspection what? It's the same damn phone, with upgraded specs, there is no design difference. Show that to anyone and they'll just be like....."Oh, that's an iPhone 5."
