Already have something that will help me track my phone if it gets stolen http://www.ilocalis.com/ - It runs in the background so nobody knows the application is running or on the phone, if the sim is changed it will notify me of the new sim number, I can also recover any sms messages that are sent, even with the new sim, If I want I can remotely back up my phone, remotely wipe it and remotely lock it, I can track it with GPS and 3G, it will automatically turn on GPS if it has been disabled by the thief

This is a good thing. Forget big brother and all that shit & imagine someone has stolen your phone. You may have a chance of getting it back, well if the implement the GPS feature into it.

Easy work around for the thief: Turn it off right away, put it in DFU mode and restore!

Yeah, but say your a regular thief who doesn't know how to put it into DFU mode. But if they thought about it the security mode when locked down shouldn't let you restore.
