Google has unseated Apple as the Most Talked About Company in 2013, according to a new infographic from Dow Jones.
The graphic reveals media mention counts for the top companies by month. Google had 123,769 mentions in 2013 with May being its best month. That's when the company announced the Moto X and held its Google I/O tech conference.
Apple received a total of 120,451 mentions in 2013. Its best month was September when it unveiled its new iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c and released iOS 7.
Apple's mentions in 2013 are significantly lower than the 165,100 mentions it received in 2012. Google had 114,954 mentions in 2012.
