Apple Releases First Build of OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 to Developers for Testing

Apple has released a first build of OS X Mavericks 10.9.4 to developers for testing. The build number is 13E9.
There are no focus areas specified in the seed note but we will let you know if anything new is discovered.
