But like most of these apps it's worthless to those of us with Dish Network. They need to open up those damn apps to any TV provider, not just some elite club.

Guess this is only available in the US. When writing these articles please do take in account that your readers are also living in other parts of the world. The site iCultures here in the Netherlands always write when an app only is available in the US or other country. Couldn't do any harm mentioning those minor details in your articles.

I think it was implicit from the article: "For full use of the app you will need to sign in with your TV provider credentials. The following TV providers are current FXNOW partners...!" BUT you might also consider a VPN, I use it all the time and it allows me to watch restricted shows no matter when I am in the world.
