Nike+ Fuel App Now Works With Just Your iPhone

The Nike+ Fuel app has been updated to work with Apple's motion sensors in the iPhone 5s, iPhone 6, and iPhone 6 Plus. If you have one of those devices you don't need a Nike+ FuelBand to use the app. Additionally, you can now get more insight into your activity in the iOS Heath app.

Nike+ FuelBand is the smart, simple and fun way to get more active by measuring your everyday activity and turning it into NikeFuel. Your Nike+ FuelBand wirelessly connects to your app, allowing you to see your progress on your mobile device and get the motivation you need to get moving. For those using an iPhone 5s or newer, you can use the app to earn NikeFuel as we now support Apple’s iPhone motion sensors.

To use this app you’ll need iOS 7.1 or later, however, the app is optimized for iOS 8.0. For those using an iPhone 5s or newer, you can use the app to earn NikeFuel as we now support Apple’s motion sensors.
