Why is ios 9.1 lagging so much. Every time i switch screens or change apps it freezes and icons blow up. This release is worst than last one. Really slow and sluggish.

This should have been a big update with new features or big bug fixes. A .1 update should not be like this. Apple has become a lazy company.

I just want my iPhone and watch to work again, I updated last night to 902 and after the restore it returns to the do you want to set up as new or restore with back up, I pressed restore with back up and it returned to the same screen asking to set up as new or restore from back up.. Never goes to the sync screen and my watch became useless. Won't stay connected to iPhone and only working apps are stock apps
