Apple Employee Found Dead on Campus [Video]

An employee has been found dead inside a conference room on Apple's campus.

Santa Clara Sheriff Sgt. Andrea Urena provided the media with the following statement about the death:


"At about 8:35 this morning the duties were dispatched to a call of a person down at 1 Infinite Loop. When they responded to the campus they found one individual (male) down, determined that he was deceased, and upon further investigation they determined there was no other individuals involved. They believe it was an isolated incident and that there was nobody else on campus or in the public that are at risk.

This is currently a coroners case and we don't have further details at this time. It will be up to the coroners to determine the manner and cause of death. If there are further details to be released later we will be able to provide them at this time."

The Sheriff confirmed that the individual worked at Apple but wouldn't comment on rumors regarding multiple individuals and some sort of argument. There have also been rumors involving a gun being found nearby.
