Apple Launches Reimagined & Redesigned Support Site

Apple has announced the launch of a reimagined and redesigned support site.

The new site features a responsive design that is in line with the company's main webpage. You can search for answers you need right from the homepage with quick links to help you get places faster.

There are also device specific support pages making it easier to navigate to relevant topics and resources.

never got and still not getting answers why Homesharing is so slow (30-60min) to list media files from my Mac Pro to my iPad/iPhones on my internal AirportExtreme network with the Movie app while the remote app list the same media files on the Mac Pro in less than a minute?

My iphone 5s got stuck at icloud activation after OTA upgrade to ios 9.3, i have purchased the phone on 2013 and using it since that time with a single icloud account. I could login to my icloud account & find my iphone on PC, and was seeing my device is there and listed under My devices as well. Called Apple support, my iphone was still locked with my passcode and Apple adviser has login to my pc and saw everything and confirmed that the same phone is locked to my id. He asked me to remove it from find my iphone and my devices list then asked me to restore the device. Since then i falled helpless since the problem was not solved, and apple advisor himself was surprised for such case. Told me that my case will be forwarded to Engineering to solve the problem. After a month the reply came from Engineering that they cant help without proof of purchase!!! I have explained from day one that i live in a place where we dont have Apple Store and we buy from regular shops in town. How come my devic is locked to my own id and advisor has seen and confirmed that then simply they say they cant help. Now my phone is useless.

I don't understand. "Regular" shops still print receipts. Also the shop may still have a record of it archived somewhere.

Yes shops do provide invoices, but Apple only considers receipts from Apple Stores or Apple authorized resellers which are not available here.
