Apple Approves Video Recording App for the iPhone 2G, 3G

Apple has approved iVideoCamera, an application which lets you record video on any iPhone including the 2G and 3G. Now you don't need a 3GS to record and share videos with your friends and family. Works with any 2G or 3G phone with 3.1 OS installed and includes:
Ability to save to your camera roll or "Photos" and share via: - FaceBook - YouTube - Vimeo - Twitter and more coming soon
** LIMITATIONS ** - The iPhone can only capture about 3 frames per second - Videos are limited to about 1 minute in length - Resolution is low: 160x213
You can purchase iVideoCamera from the App Store for $0.99.
Take a look at the video example posted by iSpazio below. Could the acceptance of iVideoCamera could open the door for Cycorder to make its way to the App Store as well?
This will definitely NOT open the doors to the AppStore - neither for Cycorder nor for Videorecorger3G. There is a reason, why Apple did not add videorecording support to the 3G/2G... Videorecording is an important aspect to get a 3GS and not a 3G, as Apple knows this, they allow a 3 fps diashow-tool, but won't do so with an App which produces good quality video at 15 fps. Anyway that's why we jailbrak our phones... for not being bound to Apple's dictatorship on what is allowd to run on an iPhone and what not.

terrible quality. i'm just wondering if that's the limit apple approves or is that just the developer's way of making quick money. maybe cycorder can become "legit" like snapture?
3 FPS surely means that the quality will be poor, both iphone 2g n 3g have a max framerate of 15 fps and jailbroken apps take full advantage of that, i wonder why apple wont allow an app of a same standard
