just leave and first of all learn to spell right. i joined the family 11 years ago and was never disappointed. problems occur in every company and products from time to time, but apple is outstanding.

Hamood, that's utter nonsense. Not only is Apple a consistent innovator, it's also the ultimate decider on new standards. Once Apple adopts a standard, it becomes a standard across most of the industry (as opposed to Samsung, which releases new features with each new phone, only to utterly abandon them on their next phone. However ... Time Cook clearly has his head in the sand. Rather than confess he screwed up, assuming he can suddenly start charging premiere prices for EVERY SINGLE Apple product. That strategy is a collosal failure, as iPhone and Mac sales are way down in America, but substantially down in China and other developing markets (an area Apple has invested in heavily). Instead, he refuses to admit anything (including withholding units sold), insists there IS no problem, yet offers discounts of products left and right without actually lowering the huge markups he made this year. While the discounts may sell a few more units, it won't stymie Apple's continuing decline. Cook needs to face facts, admit it screwed up, revamp their 2018 pricing and keep their older products' prices lower while keeping the Premiere pricing only for their flagship products. But burying your head in the sand never helps any situation, but it seems to be the go-to corporate and political response.
