Google Posts Images and Video of its Tablet User Interface

Google has posted images and video of its Tablet UI concepts for Chrome OS on the Chromium projects site.

The video shows multi-tasking capabilities and the images show different design elements such as keyboard layouts, contextual menus, and sidebars.

It's likely that Chrome OS will become the main operating system used by tablet manufacturers to rival the iPad.

The interface shows great similarity to the iPhone but it has one huge advantage over it: multitasking. The tablet market will be a very interesting market soon…

While I agree that not having multi-tasking is a big minus, I feel that it will surely be ready when the iPad is launched or shortly after that through a firmware update.
