Renders Allegedly Reveal Design of New 'Mac Studio' [Images]

New renders purport to the show the design of the 'Mac Studio' desktop computer rumored to be unveiled by Apple tomorrow.

The renders were created by Ian Zelbo and are based on information provided to Luke Miani.

The Mac Studio is said to resemble two Mac minis stacked on top of each other with silver sides and a white top. Its footprint is about the same as the Mac mini but it's around four inches tall.




As previously rumored, Miani says the Mac Studio will come with a new 27-inch display with slightly thicker bezels than the Pro Display XDR and no lattice pattern.

"This new look carries on the Mac mini philosophy of minimalism, without eccentric milled aluminum holes like Mac Pro," says Miani. "Expect Mac Studio to feature a wide array of IO, with more USB-C ports than on the current M1 Mac mini."
