Apple has quietly updated the entry level MacBook with a faster processor and improved video.

These specifications were leaked in a video this past Saturday.

Specifications:
● 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
● NVIDIA GeForce 320M graphics
● 2GB DDR3 memory
● 250GB hard drive
● 8x double-layer SuperDrive
● Built-in 10-hour battery
● Polycarbonate unibody enclosure


The MacBook is available now for $999.

What kind of performance boost does a .13GHz offer? I can get the older model for $300 less at my local MicroCenter. Does the 130 MHz boost and video card upgrade warrant the $300 difference? I see the memory size and speed hasn't changed. Everything else is still the same.

I think not only Graphic and the processor but also battery as it turned from 7 hours to 10 hours ...
