Apple is bringing AppleCare One to Australia, France, Germany, and the United Kingdom, expanding its multi-device protection plan to four additional countries.
Sign-ups begin August 4, with one monthly subscription covering up to three eligible Apple products. Customers can add more devices at any time for an additional monthly fee per device.
AppleCare One Pricing
AppleCare One will start at A$29.99 per month in Australia, EUR20.99 per month in France and Germany, and GBP16.99 per month in the UK. Adding another device will cost A$8.99, EUR5.99, or GBP4.99 per month, respectively.
Apple says customers covering an iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch together can save up to A$18.48 per month in Australia, EUR13.48 in France or Germany, and GBP11.48 in the UK compared with purchasing separate AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss plans for all three devices.
Coverage and Eligibility
The plan includes the existing benefits of AppleCare+, such as unlimited repairs for accidental damage, battery replacement service, and priority access to Apple support. Repairs are completed with genuine Apple parts through Apple Stores and Apple Authorized Service Providers.
Customers are not limited to newly purchased hardware. Eligible devices that are up to four years old can be added if they are in good condition, while eligible headphones must be less than one year old. Apple may require a diagnostic check before a device is accepted, and each product must be associated with the subscriber's Apple Account.
Because AppleCare One is a monthly plan, devices can be added or removed as a customer's setup changes. When a covered product is traded in and a replacement is purchased directly from Apple, the old device is removed from the plan and can be replaced with the new one.
Theft and Loss Coverage Expands
Alongside AppleCare One, Apple is also bringing AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss to iPad and Apple Watch in all four countries. The single-device option, already offered for iPhone, covers up to two theft or loss incidents per year in addition to accidental damage repairs, battery service, and priority support. Service fees apply.
Customers will be able to enroll through Apple, at participating Apple Store locations, or directly from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac when eligible.
