Apple is Hiring an Engineer Experienced in Integrating LTE

A new job posting reveals that Apple is hiring a software engineer experienced in integrating LTE.

Specific Duties
- Implementation, Integration, customization, enhancement and maintenance of L1-3 Protocols for one or more of the following air interface: GSM/UMTS, CDMA (1x/EVDO), LTE etc.

The job posting is for Shanghai, China. Interestingly, China Mobile's chairman revealed that Apple fully supports their next generation TD-LTE technology.
