Apple is against being accused of doctoring evidence against Samsung, this time in the Netherlands with the Samsung Galaxy S.
According to ComputerWorldUK, Apple has provided flawed visual evidence of similarities between the iPhone 3G and Samsung's Galaxy S smartphones to the District Court in The Hague, an investigation by ComputerworldUK.com Dutch sister title Webwereld.nl has found. This time, a picture of a Galaxy S smartphone has been resized to match an iPhone 3G.
The article reports that during a court hearing last week, Samsung's lawyer, Bas Berghuis of Simmons and Simmons, did claim that Apple has been "manipulating visual evidence, making Samsung's devices appear more similar to Apple's" but did not provide evidence of his allegations.
Apple has been accused of using flawed visual evidence in its case against the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 as well.

Why not? What's on the screen is not being compared. It runs Android so it got nothing to do with Samsung.
