Italian label en&is has designed a striking megaphone dock to amplify the audio output of the iPhone.
The form is designed to amplify and optimize the best sound output. The amplifier is based on a thin wooden structure that allows the object to float off the table. This is to increase the vibration of the object being used and to optimize the emission of sound. Designed for the iPhone is perfect for listening to music without headphones, for audio conference to hear the person on the phone as if he were talking in the same room.
RJ-Timeout saw the megaphone at the Milan Furniture Fair this year and said, "Italian label en&is who designed a very special amplifier for iPhones and iPods: a striking and sculptural shape reminding a horn used in Switzerland by some highlanders fond of blowing instruments on mountain tops. Made of ceramic, the device functions like a traditional megaphone, using the aperture and the physical qualities of the material to transmit sound. And it is so much more decorative than any other average iPhone dock."
