Fake for two reasons: 1. The screws are standard posi screws and Apple use their own secure screws, why would they go back to screws that people can easily remove. 2. The earphone jack on this phone is obviously made of plastic and Apple ALWAYS make the jacks out of metal so the headphones don't damage the port when inserting them. Would be a stupid design decision. Apple and other companies have been known to release fakes into the wild to throw people off the scent.

And i wont have the next. The 3gs was a great phone, the 4 was not much of an upgrade at all bad signal and sound. And now the 4s well what a bag of crap that is, battery is really bad. the typeface on the back is not the same font used for the real iphones and the idevices in general. usually, when someone tried to knockoff an apple product, it's the area that they fail to copy.

Apple is a company who firstly invents something and then keeps selling long long time... like the macs there havent been huge new thing since Retina plus the designs of the products havent been changed for ages. Compare MBP, iMac and Mac PRO... when did you see dramaticly big change in theirs design? The thing they do is improve their products from year to another but Apple never updated their products looks like they did with iPhone from v1 to 4 but i guess now they happy with the result and will keep it for while now... only making small adjustment.

The point been in the fact that for those who are waiting for something totally new they will be dissapointed for sure.

Hummm. A few months ago everybody were expecting the iPhone 5 and got a 4s... Now is the same thing... I just wait for the keynote and get it when is unlock from factory, all the mockups, copies or ideas and even the Chinese clon are just apple ways to marketing just wait a few days and get the real one

But if it is the real deal...apple didnt really make an effort to do squat with the design...if its just another upgrade in camera and processor chip like they did with the ipad...then that really sucks!!! Apple is a company which prides itself in killing the competition when it comes to unique products...but then again...those products were the result of steve jobs being around.....no steve jobs= a bunch of losers who do what every other company is doing and just keep mAking the same product with one or two upgrades... A lot of people are commenting on why he didn't turn the phone on...apparently you guys can't listen very well. He specifically says he was asked not to reveal the company who let him check it out and was told NOT to turn it on. Please know what you're talking about before you comment so stupidly.

Maybe you should take into consideration the fact that he picks up/moves the phone around with such little effort and makes it seem as If the phone is a cardboard cutout then you'd be able to understand why people are skeptical.

Has no sense to see an unveiled phone but didn´t turned it on??? thats stupid!!, if you are going to show something, then make it worth it! I agree with some people over here that said is a dummy phone. Perhaps, iOS 6 its already in beta phase, so people already had tested it, so still don´t have sense this video. Analize a bit and you will know what I´m talking about.

It's a dummy phone for sure. One of the first times he flips over the phone to the front his muscle memory kicks in and he pushes the home button but nothing happens (could be off, why didn't it turn on?). Secondly, the Apple logo has an orange peel effect to it (looks rippled) and we know that's not normal. Thirdly, the bezel does have a plastic, nonmetallic look. Lastly, and the most obvious to me is the way he is handling the phone. It doesn't move the same way a fully functional phone would move. Dummy phones are lighter and they land differently in your hand while your "fondling" them. Flipping an empty dummy phone requires a bit less exertion. Who knows what the "New iPhone" will look like until Apple reveals it. I'm hoping it doesn't look like this but has a complete redesign. I can dream can't I? *_*

Yes I do know what muscle memory is. However, the majority of people us the term "muscle memory" synonymously with "fine motor memory". My desire was to us a more widely understood term to get my point across. I'm glad someone else knows the difference. It's possible you and I just schooled some people on using the correct term for "motor memory" /high five/ for the public service announcement. P.S. it's clearly a dummy model to show the iphone case. it has a clear plastic look and the buttons look very... imperfect... too rounded, i don't know how to explain but it's clearly not the high precision parts Apple has got us used to.

Why do people do this shit? Sure it looks good, but don't let them fool you. Even if the new iPhone looks like this phone, this is not a real phone. This is a plastic copy. Notice how the Guy says he can't say who showed it to him and that he can't turn it on. Well, it turns out this is a plastic dummy.

This is probably just a dummy phone, otherwise he wouldve turned it on for one and two if you pay attention to the detail the bezel looks like plastic while the apple logo is also kind of rippily and jagged looking, unless this iphone was designed to look like shit by samsung then this is nothing more than a dummy phone

at 0:57 when he puts the case down and tried to pick the phone up the phone displaces on the table because he loses the grip... and the original phone if 120gm and that much volume wouldn't have displaced that much with just a light tug!!
