iPad Mini to be Released on November 2nd?

Early reports suggest that Apple will release the iPad mini on November 2nd following its debut on October 23rd.

Geeky-gadgets says:

Last month we received some information from one of our sources on the iPhone 5 release date, a week before Apple announced the device, and that information turned out to be correct, the same source has just given us details about the iPad Mini release date.

Our source, who is someone close to a major UK retailer, and has been reliable in the past, has told us that Apple will start selling the new iPad Mini on Friday the 2nd of November, the device will be available in the US And UK on this date, possibly some other countries as well.

9to5Mac also has heard similar whispers:

We've heard whispers of Nov. 2 iPad Mini release date but nothing confirmed. Date makes sense (Friday) and we know stock is ramping
