iLounge's Jeremy Horwitz has published new details about the iPad 5, iPhone 5S, and second generation iPad Mini. This follows an earlier report which said the next generation iPad would feature a similar design to the iPad mini.

The iPhone 5S is still months away from mass production, but our source suspects that the star feature will be an upgraded rear camera—perhaps featuring Sony’s 13-Megapixel sensor, plus the aforementioned flash upgrade—along with a processor bump. Current prototypes are codenamed N51 and N53, with July mentioned as the target date.

The iPad 5’s code name is J72. As mentioned before, it looks like an October release, give or take. The second-generation iPad mini has a code name of J85, and is currently planned for October, as well. Everyone we’ve spoken with assumes that it will look and feel basically the same as the first-generation model but feature a Retina screen.

big apple fan here but must say starting to drift away with Samsung producing a good product I think apple need a new phone to blow everyone away instead of minor adjustments with cameras and screens etc. come on apple pull your finger out you are losing customers!!!!!!!!

I hear ya. I'm also sick of the people saying apple is going too go out of business. No way it's going to happen. I also think all the apple haters and bashers on here are paid too talk down About apple as a company and their products. And all the others bashing them are just angry jealous trolls with junk products.

Eh, Apple's Marketing strategy. Introduce a new product with standard definition quality. Then create the same product with high definition quality and sell it within the same year the SD version was sold in. What a waste!
