Newly leaked photos posted by evasi0njailbreak purportedly reveal the rear shell of the larger 5.5-inch iPhone 6. The shell is pictured next to the smaller shell of the 4.7-inch model.
As stated by the original source who provided these images from "deep within Apple’s supply chain in China," the component is very limited and could simply be intended for testing purposes.
While we can't confirm the validity of the source, the rear shell's screw holes do line up with a previous logic board leak.
Apple is expected to unveil the iPhone 6 on September 9th; however, it's not clear if both the 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch models will be launched at the same. Some reports have the 5.5-inch version launching in December.
Take a look at the images below and please follow iClarified on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS for updates on the iPhone 6.

Even if I wanted the small I would wait to see the larger one. Hold both and try both out. Initial 6 release might be bad if they stagger the release dates. Stock will tank but it usually does on release. Buy on rumors , sell on news.

I think I want a bigger one. I also worry 5.5 is too big. But It seems 5.5" iPhone 6 is slimmer than Note 2/3. If that's the case, I will get 5.5". I definitely want to see the spec before pre-ordering it.

They have to announce both size in the same time. Otherwise, I cam imagine there will be a lot of upset customers.

If they release the larger phone a few months later without making it clear that the larger one is in fact coming a lot of people will buy the smaller one and then be mighty pissed when the larger one they would rather have bought comes out.

The survey says a lot are looking forward to the 5.5" so I doubt there will be that many pissed off. They could at least nor row the 5.5" shell to finalize their decision of buying the 4.7" then the 5.5".
