Apple has changed how you Force Restart the iPhone for the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.
With all previous generation iOS devices you simply hold down the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons to force reboot. Some people call this a hard reset.
iClarified noticed yesterday that this method does not work on the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. After a bit of testing, we discovered that the combination of buttons needed to force reset has been changed to the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons.
It makes sense at least because they have no choice but to use this as the method and seeing how most androids have a home button built in meaning the volume buttons are their only way.
Not only that they copy the way to reset from android, but the sounds on the keyboard, sound of locking the screen, the way they show notifications,it's a completely joke it feels like I m using a Samsung. BadApple
It's not like there were other buttons on the phone to use anyway, I don't see how big of a deal keyboard sounds are or the lock screen (who cares anyway), but yeah I do agree about notifications, but android is guilty of some things to and when it does, it feels like a watered down iPhone. BadSamsung.
