Apple has seeded a third beta of tvOS 10.1 to developers for testing. The build number is 14U5582b.

About tvOS 10.1
tvOS 10.1 includes general bug fixes and improvements in the OS and SDK. tvOS 10.1 also includes the TV app — a new, unified experience for accessing your TV shows and movies across multiple video apps
• Use Up Next to see the movies and TV shows you’re currently watching and pick up where you left off
• Get recommendations for new movies and TV shows in Watch Now
• Discover new apps and the latest iTunes releases in the Store
• Access the Library for your iTunes purchases and rentals

The apps available in the Store tab of the TV app are some of the ones that can be tested now and will be updated periodically as developers add TV app support for their apps.
