Cydia Impactor has been updated by saurik to fix issues experienced by iPhone XS and iPhone XR users on Windows.

The change log reads...

fix iPhone XS/XR (on Windows? it worked for me on macOS... tested now on both)

I’ve NEVER gotten Impactor to successfully load, and have given up on it. The key is that the usual jailbreakers are NOW selling their jailbreaks to Apple, while warning their friends which versions are ‘safe’ (to JB). So the days of readily available JSs are over, and most of us are stuck with whichever version we last mistakenly upgraded to!
