Apple has released macOS Mojave 10.14.6 beta 2 to developers for testing. The build number is 18G48f.
This is the latest version of the macOS Mojave developer beta and is recommended for all Apple developers.
Developers can run the macOS Developer Beta Access Utility to download the latest macOS 10.14 beta. As new macOS betas become available you will receive a notification and can install them from the Software Updates panel in System Preferences.

In other words: there are NO new features, just the ability to code for upcoming new features that Apple MAY release sometime in the future. (i.e. “nothing to get excited about here, folks, just keep moving along.”)
