Facebook Quietly Releases 'Tuned' App for Couples

If the receiving person has “do not disturb” turned on, they wouldn’t be disturbed anyway! I dunno. I think this could be just another way for Facebook to pry into peoples private lives.

Why would a couple, or anyone, need this, when you can already text, or just talk to the other person?

If a couple is in different time zones like USA and Australia for example, one can record a video or send a message via this app without waking the other person up. The other person can view at their convenience. I dont think any other app like iMessage, WhatsApp, etc have scheduled delivery option
