watchOS 10 Rumored to Feature Grid Layout for Home Screen With Folder Support

Apple may update watchOS for Apple Watch with a new grid layout for the home screen that also features support for folders, claims leaker 941 on Twitter.

I saved the best for last, watchOS will have a redesigned homescreen layout/grid.

heavy details SOON. but it's going to be much easier to use, move, & act more familiar to iOS, including folders.📂

Unsure if it will be a third option or replace grid as default.

The leaker says folders will be reminiscent of the folders from iOS 4-6. Additionally, 941 purports that watchOS 10 will get a Health app. You can see rough mockups of the rumored home screen layout below.

Note that 941 is the same leaker who shared numerous tidbits about what's new in iOS 17 las week; however, those predictions have yet to be verified.

Apple is widely expected to unveil its next major software updates for iPhone, iPad, Mac, Apple Watch, and Apple TV at WWDC 2023. They will likely debut alongside new hardware, including a mixed reality headset and new Macs.
